Directions for Filling out Application:

Complete all fields to the best of your knowledge. The more accurate and detailed
your description is, the more effective your registration is as identification.

Along with this application, you must include:

--Three recent photos of horse to be registered, one from each side of the horse and one from straight in front of the horse showing only its head. The horse should be bare backed with head up. Photos must be clear enough to distinguish markings on the horse, and legs clean enough to decipher leg markings. Write the name of the horse on the back of each photo.
-If the horse has a brand of any kind, you MUST include a close-up photo of the brand and indicate which side of the horse the brand is located on. If the horse has a heavy coat, the brand should be shaved prior to taking the photo.
-If the horse has a brand of any kind, a copy of either a Brand Release or current brand ownership MUST be included with the application. We reserve the right to request additional proof of ownership.
